Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach has opened the 235-room Diamond Head Tower, which joins the existing Pali Tower. Highlights of the new building include an open-air lobby steps from the ocean and rooftop pool deck with a firepit. Stylish, contemporary guestrooms feature balconies offering ocean, mountain, or city views; flat-panel TVs; and media and work centers. Hotel guests also have access to the Bakery Café, Gallery Bar, a fitness center that opens onto the pool deck, and more than 4,000 square feet of meeting space.
