Hyatt Hotels Corporation has signed three agreements for new hotels in China’s Jiangsu province. Slated for a mixed-use development, the 400-room Grand Hyatt Nanjing will feature innovative F&B concepts, grand ballroom, spa, and fitness center when it opens in 2013.
Debuting in 2012 as part of Suning Plaza, the 350-room Hyatt Regency Wuxi will be part of a two tower mixed-use development. The 70-story North Tower will feature the hotel on the upper levels, serviced residences on the middle levels, and office space on the lower floors. The hotel will have four restaurants and bars, an expansive ballroom, and 10 multi-function rooms, and access to a spa and fitness center.
Hyatt Regency Xuzhou will occupy a 60-story tower, which is one of five buildings that will make up Suning Plaza in the city center. Slated to open in 2012, the property will have restaurants and lounges, grand ballroom, meeting venues, spa, and fitness center.
