Hyatt Hotels has signed management agreements for three new hotels in Saudi Arabia. They include:
Park Hyatt Riyadh (left), opening Q4 2015, will be a standalone building designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). The hotel calls for 275 guestrooms and suites, three restaurants, a lounge, 15,600 square feet of meeting space, a spa, and fitness center.
SOM also is designing the 400-key Grand Hyatt Jeddah. Opening in early 2016, the hotel will feature three restaurants, a lobby lounge, grand club lounge, 61,000 square feet of meeting and event space, spa, and fitness facilities.
Debuting in the second half of 2015, Hyatt Regency Jeddah will offer 240 guestrooms and suites, three restaurants, a lobby lounge, Regency Club lounge, meeting and event space, spa, and fitness center.
