Hyatt Regency Atlanta is putting on the final touches of its $65 million overhaul. The Atlanta office of tvsdesign oversaw the renovation of public areas, while Stonehill & Taylor drove the guestroom makeover. In the 22-story Atrium Lobby, pod-style check-in desks and an open feeling transform the guest arrival experience, while custom art created from brass key fob replicas from the original Regency Hyatt House embellishes the reception area.

The hotel’s 1,260 guestrooms feature new furnishings, wallcoverings, artwork, and a signature carpet design inspired by the Flora Raris sculpture located in the lobby. Bathrooms boast low-flow plumbing fixtures, new tile flooring, and granite vanities. Upgrades to the 180,000 square feet of meeting, boardroom, and exhibit space included the modernization of the 29,000-square-foot Centennial Ballroom. Other renovation highlights include three new F&B venues and an expansion of the Regency Club.
