The Tanglewlood Restaurant at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa has undergone a redesign, inspired by the relaxed yet refined spirit of the Gulf Coast and Caribbean. “The restaurant’s new look and feel sets the tone for what’s in store for guests,” says Parviz Monsefan, the resort’s F&B director. “Diners will find an open, inviting space that offers both a modern, casual flair with a hint of Southwest Florida elegance. This new style pairs well with our culinary theme: comfortable food with an exciting twist.”
The restaurant now boasts new stone flooring, travertine mosaics, natural stone countertops, accent millwork, and custom art. A full kitchen upgrade added a buffet counter with built-in induction units, a stone hearth oven, and brand new equipment.
