Hyatt Regency will manage a new hotel opening in 2014 in McLean, Virginia. Part of the Tysons Corner Center development, the hotel calls for 300 guestrooms, a restaurant, bar and lounge, pool, fitness center, and conference facilities. The overall complex-which includes an office building and a 28-story apartment building-will be anchored by an elevated outdoor plaza measuring more than 1.5 acres.
