Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago will undergo an $87 million refurbishment project, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. The project-overseen by architectural firm Goettsch Partners-will encompass a new 460-key tower, as well as the renovation of the existing 800 guestrooms and conference center. The hotel is targeting a late 2013 completion date.
