Five years after Hurricane Katrina ravaged it, Hyatt Regency New Orleans has started its renovation. Located adjacent to the Superdome and New Orleans Arena, the hotel will have 1,200 rooms, more than 200,000 square feet of meeting and exhibition space, two restaurants, two bars, and a coffee bar upon opening next fall.
