Hyatt Regency Qingdao has made its debut on the Yellow Sea in northern China. The hotel’s 439 guestrooms and suites feature beach or ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Spanning 4,520 square feet, the Chairman Suite is equipped with a master bedroom, dining and entertainment areas, kitchen, bar, gym, massage room, and a 270-degree ocean-view rooftop terrace. Meanwhile, the 1,808 square-foot Presidential Suite also offers luxurious living areas and a large terrace. The property also offers Regency Club accommodations, including a private lounge.

F&B venues include Dong Hai 88, whose design references Qingdao’s fishing heritage, complete with wave-like wood ceilings and stylized fishtail lanterns. Dining rooms enjoy views of the open kitchens, and an expansive terrace offers alfresco dining overlooking the beach. Ten luxurious private dining suites also are available. Guests also have access to Market Café, an all-day buffet restaurant with interactive open kitchens and an oceanfront dining deck, as well as Bay Lounge in the hotel lobby.
Qing, the Hyatt Spa, features eight private spa suites, four reflexology rooms, a spa consultation room, and separate men’s and women’s thermal relaxation facilities. A fitness center overlooks the beach, while an indoor pool features a floating marble whirlpool. Nearly 20,000 square feet of function space rounds out the hotel’s offerings.
