Hyatt Regency Oubaai Golf Resort and Spa has made its debut in George, South Africa, along the country’s Western Cape. Quadtrisir Architects handled interior design for the 100-room resort, which is positioned between the ocean and the mountains. The resort’s signature dining venue is Cucina Restaurant, equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, a show kitchen, outdoor seating, large wine wall, private dining room, and an adjacent fireplace lounge. The Waterside Bar and Grill features an oyster bar counter and lounge with outdoor terrace and bar, while the Visitors’ Clubhouse boasts views of the mountains and driving range.
Other amenities include Freesia Spa, nearly 13,000 square feet of event space, outdoor swimming pool, a lifestyle center, and Ernie Els’ first championship golf course in South Africa.
