Hyatt Regency Phoenix Hotel has completed its top-to-bottom $15 million renovation. The Gensler-designed lobby serves as the hotel’s focal point, featuring living lounge areas with flatscreen TVs, a cyber café, business lounge, and check-in pod stations.
The property’s 693 guestrooms convey modern southwest luxury with an earth-toned color palette of celery, tangerine, and sunset. Meanwhile, bathrooms have been upgraded with granite-topped vanities, rainforest showerheads, and new wallcoverings. Other areas that underwent updates include the StayFit@Hyatt fitness center; 37,000 square feet of meeting space (featuring new carpeting, wallcoverings, and lighting); and the re-concepted Compass Arizona Grill located atop the hotel.
