Hyatt Hotels has signed a management and licensing agreement for Hyatt Regency Cap Cana Hotel, Villas, and Residences in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The 201-room property will be located on Juanillo Beach within the master-planned resort community of Cap Cana, which currently includes a marina, a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course (the first of three), two beach clubs, and residential developments.
Slated to open in early 2014, the Hyatt Regency calls for several restaurants, pool, spa with eight treatment rooms, fitness center, a resort program for children, and more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
