Hyatt has announced plans for the Hyatt Regency Sochi in Russia, host of the 2014 Winter Olympics. Located on the Black Sea, the property will open in late 2013 with 200 guestrooms, including 26 suites; all-day-dining and specialty restaurants; a lobby lounge; specialty bar and pool bar; a ballroom and 10 meeting rooms; and spa facilities with eight spa treatment rooms and an outdoor swimming pool.
