Hyatt Regency Princeton in New Jersey is slated for a $17 million makeover to upgrade guestrooms and public spaces. Upon completion of the renovation, the 347-key hotel will offer more than 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a 10,000-square-foot ballroom. Other amenities include Crystal Garden Restaurant, Koi Pond Club, a comedy club, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, indoor heated swimming pool with outdoor deck, and seasonal whirlpool and saunas. Davidson Hotels & Resorts has recently signed on to manage the property.
