Hyatt Hotels Corporation has plans to develop Hyatt South Beach in Miami, Florida.
Breaking ground late this year, the hotel is slated to open in 2015. Located in the heart of the South Beach Art Deco District, Hyatt South Beach will offer 105 guestrooms in addition to an outdoor pool, fitness center, and 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail space along Collins Avenue.
