Extell Development Company is making plans for the 54-story Hyatt Times Square, designed by architectural firm SLCE with interiors by SPaN. Opening in 2013, the hotel will offer 487 guestrooms, including 26 deluxe rooms and 49 suites; a lobby bar; restaurant; rooftop terrace; sky lounge; meeting space with an oversized adjacent terrace; spa; and fitness center. Extell is also developing Park Hyatt and the International Gem Tower in New York City.
