OTG Management opened a MinniBar location at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Located in Concourse G, it is the second outpost designed by New York-based ICRAVE.

ICRAVE’s design was inspired by Minnesota as the land of 10,000 lakes. Fiberglass panels form a canopy above the center of the bar. Green, yellow, and white custom mosaic glass tiles wrap around the base.
Chef Andrew Zimmern created the concept for MinniBaroffering menu orders via OTG’s signature iPads. The space is complete with 46 iPads for ordering food and browsing the web, along with charging stations at every seat.
“This addition brings us to a total of 14 new locations and nearly 1,000 iPads at MSP in under a year’s time,” says Rick Blatstein, CEO of OTG.
