InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed a management agreement with Eros Resorts and Hotels Ltd. to manage its two hotels in Delhi’s business district, Mayur Vihar. Under the agreement, the hotels will be rebranded to IHG’s Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn brands respectively.
The Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida offers 160 modern guestrooms and features Infiniti, an all-day dining restaurant serving Italian, continental, and Indian cuisines, as well as a lobby lounge and bar. Leisure facilities at the hotel include a health club, a spa, and an outdoor pool.
Along with 193 guestrooms, including suites, the Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida includes a variety of food and beverage options. Café On 3 is an all-day dining restaurant and Roadhouse Bar and Grill is an American food specialty restaurant. The hotel is equipped with a business center and 7,500-square-feet of event space for corporate meetings or social functions for up to 650 guests.
“Delhi is a significant city in our robust expansion plans for India and we are committed to a strong presence here,” says Douglas Martell, vice president of operations, South West Asia, IHG. “The signing of the two hotels in Mayur Vihar is a great step in growing the choice of hotels we’re able to offer guests in the northern part of the country. We are delighted to join hands with Eros Group and are confident that together we will be able to deliver a fantastic, refreshed hospitality experience to our guests.”
