IHG has signed eight management agreements for its new HUALUXE brand in China. Launched five months ago, the brand is specifically designed for Chinese consumers focusing on the unique aspects of Chinese etiquette, the importance of rejuvenation, status recognition, and spaces that reflect local customs and heritage.
Representing nearly 2,800 guestrooms, properties are planned for Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Zhangjiajie, Ordos, Foshan, Yangjiang, and Fuzhou.
