David Romano, who was involved with Fabric Innovations, a luxury linen, bedding, and fabrics manufacturer, in many capacities, passed away on March 21st after a year-long battle with glioblastoma multiforme, a brain tumor.
Prior to Fabric Innovations, Romano spent most of his career in freight forwarding and international purchasing.
He is survived by his loving wife Deborah Ann Herman Romano (owner of Fabric Innovations), his mother Gladys Perez Romano, his son Courtney Seth Romano, his granddaughter Soleil Romano, and his brother Jacob Romano.
Services were held Tuesday, March 23rd, at Levitt-Weinstein Memorial. In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested donations to the Lung Transplant Foundation, which supports research at Duke University, and supported the Romano family through this disease.
