IHG has signed agreements for two new hotels: InterContinental Mendoza in Argentina and InterContinental London Westminster. In Mendoza, the 218-room hotel—opening in March—will be situated in a city known for its vineyards and will offer a full-service spa, swimming pool, gym, restaurant, and casino. Guests will also have access to 22,500 square feet of meeting and event space. Meanwhile, InterContinental London Westminster (pictured) will occupy the former Queen Anne’s Chambers, originally built in the 19th century. The 254-room hotel is scheduled to debut in late 2011.
