The InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland, located on the main campus of Cleveland Clinic, is putting on the final touches of its renovation to a wellness hotel, according to Med City News. When guests arrive, a doorman will steer them toward a “wellness station” that features cold refreshments and towels in the warm summer months.
Guestrooms are geared toward those who may be recovering from a surgery or hospital stay. Amenities include a foldout couch to offer caregivers a place to sleep, reclining chairs for patients who can’t lie flat, and refrigeration units for those who need to keep their medicine cold. In addition, guests will have access to 13 allergy-free Pure Rooms, a refurbished restaurant, and gift shop with wellness items from the clinic.
