Winners of the 2012 James Beard Foundation Awards were named on May 7th at a gala hosted by chef and TV personality Alton Brown at Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall. Bentel & Bentel took home honors for Outstanding Restaurant Design for Le Bernardin in New York. In the Outstanding Restaurant Graphics category, Pandiscio Co. won for its work on the Americano at Hôtel Americano, also in New York. Wolfgang Puck received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
