Englewood, Colorado-based Johnson David Interiors has renovated and expanded the Parker suite at the 5-Star Broadmoor hotel in Colorado Springs.
The two-bay Parker suite offers a parlor and dining area with an entryway made of a custom mosaic stone pattern in Calacatta gold polished marble. The herringbone-patterned cherry wood plank flooring is covered with custom handcarved area rugs and the walls have painted applied molding panels, which are reminiscent of the Broadmoor’s historic attitude.

Beneath silver leaf ceilings and crystal chandeliers, double doors open to a large patio and grand terrace, which overlook the mountains. A palette of platinum, champagne, and gold complements a collection of custom artwork commissions and reproductions of work from the Broadmoor Art Academy.
The suite’s living space is connected on either side by king bedrooms, each with five-fixture marble baths. Guests have the option of connecting two additional bedrooms, turning the space into a four bedroom private suite.
