Trattoria Il Mulino, a “casual chic” restaurant concept from Il Mulino New York, will open its fourth trattoria location at Hilton Nashville Downtown this summer.
The restaurant will offer echo New York’s 20th Street location with a modern, chic atmosphere. Atlanta-based Johnson Studio-led by senior principal Bill Johnson-will collaborate on the design with the team from Il Mulino New York.
In line with the trattoria’s location in New York, the restaurant will serve cuisine inspired by the Abruzzo region in Italy that also reflects Nashville’s urban sophistication.
