Joie de Vivre Hotels is gearing up for its first property outside of California-the Drinkwater, opening in Scottsdale this fall. The design by Stamberg Aferiat Architecture will capture the local area’s strong flavor, showcasing the colorful, vibrant spirit of the Southwest. The existing hotel is owned and being repositioned by the Sydell Group, which also owns the Ace Hotels in New York and Palm Springs.
