The Arden Group, Inc., Eightfold Real Estate Capital, and Hostmark Hospitality Group have entered into a joint agreement to purchase the 364-room Lake Eve Resort in Orlando. The group is investing $24 million into the property, including upgrades to the guestrooms (already equipped with full kitchens), lobby, and exterior lighting and signage, along with expanding the pool area with a new children’s water park.
“It is a great time to invest in an Orlando resort,” says Craig Spencer, president and CEO of Arden Group. “When you take a strong partnership like we have with Eightfold and Hostmark and apply that expertise to a high-quality resort such as Lake Eve, which is located in the country’s top tourist destination, it gives us great confidence that this will be a very good investment for our real estate fund.”
