Jumeirah Group has announced the retirement of Guy Crawford as CEO and the appointment of Nicholas Clayton as COO. Clayton most recently served as president and CEO of president of Viceroy Hotel Group. Previously, he spent 14 years with Ritz-Carlton, after which he joined Mandarin Oriental in 2001 as SVP of operations.
