Marriott International will open a 300-key JW Marriott in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in 2015. Part of the master-planned Puerto Los Cabos development, the hotel will front 820 feet of beach and feature a pool, spa, tennis courts, fitness center, and kids’ club. F&B options include a three-meal-a-day restaurant, specialty restaurant, snack bar and grill, and pool bar. The resort will also have more than 13,000 square feet of meeting space and a business center.
Seattle-based Olson Kundig and local firm Idea Asociados de Mexico will serve as architects.
