Architecture firm Davidsson Tarkela Oy will design the Kamp Tower Hotel, slated to be the tallest building in central Helsinki, Finland. The 380-key property calls for a conference center accommodating up to 1,200 people, an expansive spa and health club featuring a pool with sea views, and a sun terrace on the 29th floor. Furnishings from the likes of Alvar Aalto will grace interiors. The hotel’s highlight is the Sky Bar & Restaurant on the 34th floor, with a terrace one floor above that will be open to the public.
