Architecture and design firm Callison has hired former BBG-BBGM partner Kathryn Mickel as principal of commercial interiors. Mickel worked for BBG-BBGM for 15 years, and her recent projects include JW Marriott Desert Ridge, Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel, the Grand Wailea in Maui, and the Carlyle in Minneapolis. Mickel will lead Callison’s new specialty interior design service, Monogram by Callison, and will split her time between the firm’s Seattle headquarters and its new office in Scottsdale.
