Furniture manufacturer Walters has hired Kathy Stein as vice president of sales. Stein has over 30 years of hospitality experience⎯⎯having served as both a sales representative and regional vice president of Durkan for the last 20 years.
“Kathy has an outstanding track record in sales and management and brings an energetic skill set that is a most valuable asset to our company,” says Ken Schindler, president of Walters.
Stein will be stationed in California, where she will oversee the entire sales organization with a sharp focus on the West Coast.
“I’ve come full circle,” says Stein, who prior to working for Durkan had been a sales representative at Walters. “To be able to come home, so to speak and work with Ken again is something I greatly look forward to. In fact it already feels like I never left.”
