Kauai Marriott Resort on Kalapaki Beach has unveiled the results of its nine-month $50 million renovation that touched upon nearly all areas of the property. The changes are evident upon entrance, with an expanded porte cochere and improved main lobby and registration desk. The hotel’s 356 rooms now feature island influences, modern residential-style furnishings, and balconies that capture sweeping ocean, mountain, and garden views.
Other changes and additions include the refurbished casual dining concept Kukui’s on Kalapaki Beach, Toro-Tei sushi restaurant, remodeled lobby lounge, a children’s pool equipped with a slide and water spout features, 19,702 square feet of indoor meeting space, and nearly 60,000 square feet of outdoor function space in ocean.
