Kempinski Hotel Badamar is on track to open in Baku, Azerbaijan, in September. Part of an entertainment and retail complex, the 283-key hotel will have three restaurants; two bars; and conference space comprising a grand ballroom, 14 meeting rooms, 36 boardroom-style offices, and auditorium seating up to 450 people. The highlight of the hotel is a 37,000-square-foot spa and wellness center featuring an indoor pool and pool bar, sauna, hammam, and fitness studio.
