Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants has purchased the RiverPlace Hotel and Three Degrees Waterfront Bar & Grill in Portland, Oregon. The hotelier will add new artwork, pillows, and bed throws in the guestrooms. Boasting a resort lodge feel, the riverfront hotel offers 84 guestrooms, including 10 suites complete with full kitchens, wood-burning fireplaces, and balconies overlooking the Willamette River, as well as more than 4,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, including a private room in the restaurant.
