New York-based King & Grove Hotels has re-launched as Chelsea Hotels. 


The name is meant to reflect what the company stands for as a group. Hotel Chelsea was built as New York’s first utopian community that, through its mix of residents, energy, and community gathering spaces, encouraged interaction between people from all kinds of backgrounds. Chelsea Hotels plans to embody this philosophy.
New York-based Pandiscio Company will develop each property, which includes the Hotel Chelsea and Martha Washington, as well as Ruschmeyer’s, McCarren Hotel & Pool, and Astor Hotel, slated for 2016.
