Raffles Hotels & Resorts is set to open a new hotel in Shenzhen, China. Debuting in 2018, Raffles Shenzhen will occupy the top floors of an 80-story tower in the new One Shenzhen Bay development.
One Shenzhen Bay will combine office space, luxury residences, high-end commercial space, and the 1,100-foot-tall signature tower that will house the Raffles Shenzhen. Designed by New York-based KPF Associates, the hotel will feature 200 guestrooms and serviced residences, four restaurants and bars, and private meeting and event spaces for business meetings and social gatherings, as well as a Raffles Spa.

This signing of the Raffles Shenzhen hotel management agreement follows the opening of Raffles Hainan on September 1st. Raffles Shenzhen will be Raffles Hotels & Resorts’ third hotel in China.
