Shuttered since 2006, the Lady Luck hotel-casino off of Fremont Street in Las Vegas is undergoing a $100 million makeover. The property, which is being gutted and renamed Downtown Grand, will have a few hundred contemporary guestrooms, 11 restaurants, seven bars, an expansive gaming area, and 22,000 square feet of retail when it reopens in 2013.
