Langham Hotels International has unveiled plans for its 25th property, Langham, Dalian, opening in 2015 in northeast China. The 361-key luxury hotel will serve as the centerpiece of a 72-story megatower. Ranging from 473 to 3,229 square feet, accommodations feature classically designed furniture, modern entertainment systems, and exclusive luxury-branded room amenities.
The hotel also boasts a range of F&B options: Palm Court for afternoon tea; an all-day-dining restaurant on the lobby level; T’ang Court, offering 10 private dining rooms; and the Langham Club lounge, reminiscent of a Victorian library room. Plans also call for a Chuan Spa, fitness center, two swimming pools, and a 10,700-square-foot ballroom.
