Langham Hotels International has announced plans for its 25th property, the 361-key Langham, Dalian, opening in 2015. The hotel will form the centerpiece of a 72-story tower in the heart of the city overlooking the Yellow Sea in North East China. Ranging from 474 to 3,200 square feet, guestrooms and suites will be serviced by English-style butlers and outfitted with classically designed furniture, modern entertainment systems, and luxury-branded room amenities.
F&B options will include Palm Court, an all-day-dining restaurant on the lobby level; T’Ang Court, offering city and harbor views from the 39th floor; and the Langham Club lounge, reminiscent of a Victorian library room. Additional amenities include a 10,700-square-foot grand ballroom, Chuan Spa, two pools, and a gym.
