Oxford Capital Group and Langham Hotels and Resorts are developing the Langham Chicago Hotel, the brand’s third location in the U.S. Occupying architect Mies van der Rohe’s 330 North Wabash building, the hotel will feature 330 guestrooms and suites ranging from 525 to more than 2,000 square feet. Accommodations will have nine-and-a-half-foot ceilings; floor-to-ceiling windows with dramatic views of the Chicago River, Lake Michigan, and skyline; and large five-fixture bathrooms. Amenities include 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a chef-driven restaurant, wine room, fitness center, indoor pool, Langham’s signature Palm Court, and Chuan Spa.
