Langham Hospitality will take over the management of the Setai Fifth Avenue, located at 400 Fifth Avenue.
The 214 room-Langham Place, Fifth Avenue will update furnishings and install a new selection of art in the public spaces, including the recently introduced Measure Lounge. In keeping with the modern British brand, select partnerships with UK-based artists, fashion designers, and film partners will also be announced this year. In 2014, Langham Place, Fifth Avenue will also introduce Chuan Spa⎯⎯focusing on traditional Chinese medicine techniques. The Michelin-starred restaurant Ai Fiori by the Altamarea Group is the highlight of the hotel’s F&B outlets.
