Langham Hotels is on track to open its second property in Shanghai, the Langham, Xintiandi, in October. Sporting 357 guestrooms and 23 suites, the hotel will occupy a new 24-story building with interiors by Peter Remedios. F&B concepts include XTD Elevated, a lifestyle bar set on a terrace outfitted with cabanas and day beds; Ming Court, serving Cantonese and Shanghainese cuisine; and Cachet, which will include a juice bar, lounge, café, martini bar, and outdoor terrace. Other amenities offered include Chuan Spa, a workout facility, indoor pool, and function space that encompasses a modern high-ceiling ballroom.
