Developed by Genting Singapore, the $4.4 billion Resorts World Sentosa will open the doors to four hotels on January 20th. Representing 1,350 guestrooms and 10 restaurants, the properties include:
Festive Hotel (pictured) was designed with kids in mind. In addition to welcome packs and kiddie bathrobes, guestrooms offer loft beds for children in their own private space. The hotel offers baby supplies, babysitting services, and bedtime story material.
Named after and designed by Michael Graves & Associates, Hotel Michael is the world’s only hotel to bear the designer’s signature. Graves has added signature touches, such as honey-colored maple walls, "archaic landscape" murals, and circular blue mosaic showers.
The elite, all-suite Crockfords Tower is dressed in stately dark wood and luxury fabrics. The Crockfords suite is furnished with a mirror that doubles as a TV screen, in-room pantry, and personal steam room.
Hard Rock Hotel Singapore engulfs the brands rock-n-roll lifestyle, where rooms are outfitted with magic "chandeliers."
Two more hotels are planned for the integrated resort’s second phase: Equarius Hotel and Spa Villas. The project also calls for a casino, Universal Studios, Marine Life Park, and Maritime Experiential Museum.
