Le Méridien Istanbul Etiler has opened its doors as the brand’s first hotel in Turkey. Turkish architect Emre Arolat designed the property as three vertically stacked blocks inspired by neighboring structures. The building gradually becomes transparent as it rises towards the sky, providing guests with impressive views of the Bosphorus. Sinan Kafadar of Istanbul-based Metex handled the contemporary interiors, which include a lobby that encourages socialization, as well as 259 guestrooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows and rainforest showers.

The spa features eight treatment rooms, a Turkish Hammam, an indoor pool, an outdoor heated pool, and fitness center. F&B options include an all-day restaurant, coffee bar, and rooftop bar. The hotel also offers more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space.
