Marriott’s Autograph Collection, a portfolio of independent luxury hotels, has added three new properties in the Southeast. They include:
The103-year-old Saint Hotel in New Orleans, formerly known as Audubon Building, recently completed a $45 million renovation recognizing its jazz routes. The 166-room property features interiors adorned with large black and white photographic murals of the early 1900s, as well as exposed brick and bright blue and white Art Deco-style décor.

Winter Haven Hotel in Miami Beach features nautical-inspired interiors, a tribute to the majestic ocean liners of the 1930s and ’40s, as well as terrazzo flooring, glass blocks, chrome-finished railings, and a cruise ship-inspired staircase. The property will undergo a renovation early this year that will introduce modern amenities while maintaining the hotel’s historical integrity.
The Blue Moon Hotel, also located in Miami Beach, combines Art Deco details and Mediterranean influences. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the property will soon undergo a restoration.
