An elegant pyramidal atrium that follows a triangular floor pattern serves as a key design element in Melia’s ME London, opening in September. In addition to the distinct atrium, architectural firm Foster + Partners renovated the former BBC Radio headquarters (known as Marconi House) to include a large elliptical tower atop the building, crowned by a glass dome. The firm retained the 1904 structure’s noble character while crafting a contrast of light and dark shades such as black marble in the hallways and white leather walls in the guestrooms.

For dining, the ONE Group introduces Europe’s first STK restaurant and will operate the hotel’s Asellina Italian restaurant. Guests also have access to the Marconi Bar in the lobby and Radio, the rooftop terrace bar. The hotel also features 7,500 square feet of event space.
