The Tempo Hotel in downtown Miami is under new management and has rebranded as Casa Moderna. Less than 18 months old, the 56-key boutique hotel occupies the Marquis building, designed by Arquitectonica. Guestrooms feature walk-in closets, large bathrooms with rain showers and free-standing soaking tubs, oversized furnished terraces, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests also have access to Amuse restaurant, a first-floor art gallery, a recently upgraded spa and fitness center, and two rooftop pools.
