Milliken & Company has acquired Calhoun, Georgia-based contract carpet company Constantine LLC, which designs, manufactures, and markets broadloom and modular carpet tile, as well as resilient and hard surface flooring. Thanks to the acquisition, Milliken has broadened its Milliken Floor Covering portfolio of products directed at serving the requirements of commercial specifiers in the A&D community. About 300 Constantine associates will join Milliken.
