The 260-room Moevenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra, Ghana, has reopened following a rebuild of the original property. More than 1,500 pieces of original artwork from Ghanaian artists anchor the hotel’s design. The lobby’s striking chandelier and the rich colors of the tapestries and paintings evoke the magic and mystery of West African culture.
F&B options include Sankofa, an all-day-dining restaurant showcasing live cooking stations; One2One, a bar featuring African lounge music; and a pool bar and BBQ. Guests also have access to a health and fitness center with sauna and massage rooms, an expansive ballroom, and four meeting rooms.
